This workshop will be packed with healthy food, gentle exercise, breathwork, and body code sessions to help you release trapped emotional energy and work through any unprocessed trauma and clear your subconscious of negative thought patterns that are stopping you from achieving your goals. A great chance to spend some serious me-time and work through any issues that you may not have the time in daily life to deal with. The main goal of this workshop is to clear out your automatic responses to everyday life that are self-sabotaging.
Giving you the power to transcend the subjective reality that you hold in place by your prior conditioning. You can do this by clearing out any destructive thought patterns and trapped emotions that may be blocking you from living the life you want to live. This will be ideally done in peaceful surroundings accompanied by a healthy and cleansing diet and daily light exercise with some seriously fun activities thrown in and plenty of time to relax and plan your year ahead.
